Since 1980, Christine Fischer, Managing Partner, has worked within the consulting industry – she started in the field of Management Consulting (McKinsey & Company and A T Kearney) and since 1997 in Executive Search (Russell Reynolds, JB International and later at Capacital/Ward Howell). Fischer & Company was founded in the beginning of 2004.

Christine Fischer has worked with assignments in the Nordic countries, but also in other North European countries, the Baltic countries, Russia (CIS) and China. This has resulted in a vast network and an extensive knowledge of different cultures.

Fischer & Company cooperates with professional researchers in the Nordic countries, Switzerland, Belgium and in China.
